Figyelmeztetem Eva Maria Barki Asszonyt két dologra. Az első az, hogy Hódmezővásárhely Önkormányzata az 1990. év óta megszakítás nélkül és kizárólagosan a FIDESZ Párt vezetése alatt áll. Következésképpen nem Gyurcsány Ferenc tette Hódmezővásárhelyt Magyarország legeladósodottabb városává, hanem a FIDESZ Párt és az általa jelölt jelenlegi polgármester, aki a 2002. szeptember 28-i hivatalos adatok szerint elődjétől 297 228 082 Ft adósságot örökölt a város terhére; Kósa Lajos debreceni polgármester szerint Hódmezővásárhely adóssága 2008. november 21-én 29 907 463 950 Ft volt. A másik tény pedig az, hogy a FIDESZ Párt magatartása a sajtószabadság tekintetében a legkomolyabb aggodalmat kelti, amint azt az alábbiak is bizonyítják.

(J’attire l’attention de Madame Eva Maria Barki sur deux faits. Le premier fait est que l’Auto-gouvernement de Hódmezővásárhely depuis l’année 1990, sans interruption et exclusivement, se trouve sous la direction du Parti FIDESZ. Par conséquent ce n’est pas Gyurcsány Ferenc qui a fait de Hódmezővásárhely la ville la plus endettée de la Hongrie, mais le Parti FIDESZ et le maire actuel recommandé par ledit Parti FIDESZ avant les élections, qui, d’après les données officielles du 28 septembre 2002, a hérité de son prédécesseur 297 228 082 HUF comme dette à la charge de la ville ; selon Kósa Lajos, maire de Debrecen, la dette de Hódmezővásárhely le 21 novembre 2008 était de 29 907 463 950 HUF. L’autre fait est que l’attitude du Parti FIDESZ concernant la liberté de la presse inspire la plus sérieuse inquiétude, comme les faits ci-dessous le prouvent.)

(I direct Mrs. Eva Maria Barki’s attention to two facts. The first fact is that the commune of Hódmezővásárhely is under the direction of the FIDESZ Party since the year 1990 without break and exclusively. Consequently it is not Gyurcsány Ferenc who has made Hódmezővásárhelyt the most indebted city of Hungary, but the FIDESZ Party and the mayor of today who was proposed by the FIDESZ Party before the elections. According to the official data of the 28th of September 2002, the present mayor of Hódmezővásárhely has inherited from his predecessor 297 228 082 HUF as debt at the charge of the city. Kósa Lajos, mayor of Debrecen, has stated that the debt of Hódmezővásárhely on the 21st of November 2008 was 29 907 463 950 HUF. The other fact is that the attitude of the FIDESZ Party to the freedom of the Press gives rise to the most serious concern, as it is proved by the facts below.)

Küldök Önnek linkeket lentebb. Ezek a linkek arról szólnak, hogy Hódmezővásárhely polgármestere megkísérelte megkaparintani a vagyonomat gondnokság alá helyezésem útján: ő ezt úgy indokolta meg, hogy a vagyonom védelemre szorul. Ezt az intézkedést azért látta megalapozottnak, mert nem tetszenek neki a könyveim. Igaz, hogy ennek az alaknak nincs ízlése, sem átlagosnál magasabb műveltsége, még jogi szakvizsgája sincs. Irodalmi téren állásfoglalása arra szűkül, hogy olyan történelmi könyvet, amely nem őt és a FIDESZ Pártot dicsőíti, nem az ő és a FIDESZ Párt érdekeit szolgálja, ki kell vonni a forgalomból a könyv szerzőjével együtt.

Il est vrai que cet individu n’a pas de goût, ni de formation intellectuelle supérieure à la moyenne, ni même de diplôme professionnel en droit. Son attitude concernant la littérature se rétrécit à ce qu’un livre historique, qui ne glorifie ni sa personne ni le Parti FIDESZ, qui ne sert ni ses intérêts, ni les intérêts du Parti FIDESZ, doit être retiré de la circulation ensemble avec son auteur.)

These links attest that the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely has attempted to snatch my fortune in placing me in charge of a curator: his explanation was that my fortune needed protection. He deemed this measure appropriate because he doesn’t like my books. It is true that this type has no taste, neither education higher than the average, nor special legal examination. In literature his attitude is reduced to this: such historical book which is not glorifiing him and the FIDESZ Party, not serving his interests and the interests of the FIDESZ Party, should be withdrawn from the circulation together with the author.)

Az egyik vagyontárgyam az általam írt vagy fordított könyvekhez fűződő szerzői jogom. A szerzői jogomnak cionisták kezére játszásával, ha sikerült volna engem gondnokság alá helyezni, a polgármester véglegesen kivonta volna a könyveimet a forgalomból.

(L’une de mes valeurs patrimoniales est le copyright attaché aux livres écrits ou traduits par moi. En passant mon copyright aux Sionistes, s’il avait réussi à me mettre sous tutelle, le maire aurait définitivement retiré mes livres de la circulation.)

(One of my assets is the copyright on the books written or translated by myself. If he had succeded in placing me in charge of a curator, in playing my copyright into Zionist hands, the mayor would have withdrawn definitively my books from the circulation.)

A másik vagyontárgyam a hódmezővásárhelyi házam.

(L’autre de mes valeurs patrimoniales est ma maison à Hódmezővásárhely.)

(The other of my assets is my house in Hódmezővásárhely.)

A harmadik vagyontárgyam a Hódmezővásárhelytől 7 km-re fekvő 72 ha birtokom. A birtok egy tagban van, amelyből 5 ha erdő, 1 ha gyümölcsös (minden, csak nem diófa), 3 ha diófaültetvény, 2 ha tanyatelek rajta villamosított új tanyával, 61 ha juhtenyésztésre alkalmas terület (34 ha legelő, 27 ha szántó). Az egész terület a Tiszából öntözhető, vízjoggal rendelkezem.

(La troisième de mes valeurs patrimoniales est ma propriété de 72 hectares qui se trouve à 7 km de Hódmezővásárhely. La propriété est en un seul tenant, dont 5 ha de forêt, 1 ha de jardin fruitier (la plupart des arbres fruitiers y sont représentés, sauf le noyer), 3 ha de plantation de noyers, sur 2 ha il y a une nouvelle maison de ferme électrifiée, 61 ha sont destinés à l’élevage des moutons (34 ha de pâturage, 27 ha de terre labourable). Toute ma propriété est irrigable de la rivière Tisza, je possède le droit à l’eau.)

(The third of my assets is my estate of 72 hectares at 7 km from Hódmezővásárhely. The estate is in one piece: 5 ha wood, 1 ha fruitgarden, 3 ha plantation of nut-trees, 2 ha for new electrified farm- house, 61 ha are in view of sheep-farming (34 ha pasture, 27 ha arable land). All my estate can be irrigated from the river Tisza, I possess the right to use water.)

Vagyontárgyaim negyedik csoportját a különféle ingóságok, többnyire mezőgazdasági gépek képezik.

(Le quatrième groupe de mes valeurs patrimoniales consiste de divers effets mobiliers, surtout de machines agricoles.)

(The fourth group of my assets consists of divers chattels, mainly agricultural machines.)

2006. március 31-én Hódmezővásárhely polgármestere személyes, névre szóló levelet küldött a körzetében lakó minden választópolgárnak, így nekem is. Ebben „Kedves Barátom!” megszólítást használt. Azonban én nem vagyok a barátja, vannak emberek, akiket szívesebben tartok számon ellenségként mint barátként. E levélben azzal dicsekszik, hogy segítséget nyújtott a hozzá forduló közel 600 családnak az Aranyági Termelőszövetkezet használatában lévő földek tulajdonviszonyainak rendezéséhez. Mintegy 650 hektár termőföldről volt szó. A jogosultakat meghívta egy közös beszélgetésre: rábírta őket arra, hogy eladják a földjeiket aranykoronánként 4000 Ft összegért, és a helyszínen aláírták az előre elkészített, meglepetésszerűen elébük terjesztett adásvételi szerződést, a polgármester azzal érvelt, hogy ha nem fogadják el a vételi ajánlatot, akkor nem fognak kapni semmit, sem földet, sem pénzt. Eddig senkivel sem találkoztam, aki ez ügyben segítséget kért volna a polgármestertől. Olyan FIDESZ közeli spekulánst viszont ismerek, aki így jutott száz hektárnál több földhöz, úgy tudni, hogy aranykoronánként 32 000 forintért. Ez tehát a rövid története annak, hogy néhány FIDESZ közeli spekuláns hogyan kaparintotta meg a föld műveléséből élő parasztok földjét. Amikor a fenti földek megkaparintásába a polgármester hívatlanul bekapcsolódott, akkor már a FIDESZ közeli spekulánsok nem találtak ötvenhektáros vagy nagyobb terjedelmű eladó földterületeket Hódmezővásárhely környékén. A „vagyonvédelmet” a FIDESZ emberei esetemben úgy valósították volna meg hívatlanul, ha sikerült volna nekik engem gondnokság alá helyezni, hogy a Gyámhivatal hozzájárulásával megvásárolták volna a teljes vagyonomat potom áron, a pénzt pedig letétbe helyezték volna egy bankszámlán.

(Le 31 mars 2006 le maire de Hódmezővásárhely a adressé une lettre personnelle, portant le nom et l’adresse du destinataire, à chacun des électeurs de sa circonscription électorale, à moi aussi. Dans cette lettre il m’apostrophe „Mon Cher Ami!”. Cependant je ne suis pas son ami, il y a des gens dont je préfère prendre bonne note comme des ennemis plutôt comme des amis. Dans cette lettre il se vante d’avoir fourni de l’aide, sur demande, à près de six cents familles à clarifier la question de propriété de leur terre que la Ferme Collective d’Aranyág cultivait. Il s’agissait de quelque 650 hectares de terre arable. Le maire a invité les propriétaires à une discussion : il les a amenés à vendre leur terre pour 4000 HUF pour une couronne d’or, et ils ont signé aussitôt le contrat de vente qui leur a été présenté par surprise, l’argument du maire était que s’ils n’acceptaient pas la proposition d’achat, ils n’obtiendraient rien, ni de la terre, ni de l’argent. Jusqu’ici je n’ai rencontré personne qui aurait demandé de l’aide au maire dans cette affaire. Je connais par contre un spéculateur, vivant près du Parti FIDESZ, qui s’est procuré de cette manière plus de cent hectares de terre arable, on croit savoir qu’à 32 000 HUF pour une couronne d’or. C’est donc le récit sommaire de ce que quelques spéculateurs vivant près du Parti FIDESZ comment se sont emparé de la terre des paysans qui vivaient de l’agriculture. Lorsque le maire est entré en intrus dans la procédure d’accaparement des terres ci-dessus, les spéculateurs vivant près du Parti FIDESZ ne trouvaient plus des propriétés de cinquante hectares ou plus à acheter dans les environs de Hódmezővásárhely. Les hommes du Parti FIDESZ, s’ils avaient réussi a me mettre sous tutelle, auraient réalisé en intrus la „sauvegarde” de ma fortune de telle manière que, avec l’accord de l’autorité tutélaire, ils auraient acheté toute ma fortune à un prix dérisoire, puis ils auraient déposé l’argent sur un compte bancaire.)

(The 31st of March 2006 the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely has sent a personal letter to each of the electors in his district, to me also. In that letter he used the salutation „My Dear Friend”, but I am not his friend. There are people whom I prefer to keep in evidence as enemies rather than as friends. In that letter the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely boasts about his helping nearly 600 families of the Aranyág Farmers’ Co-operative who begged his kind offices in clarifiing the ownership of some agricultural land cultivated by that Farmers’ Co-operative. It was a question of some 650 hectares of arable land. The mayor has summonded the owners of the proprietary rights to a conversation: he has induced them to sell their arable land for 4000 HUF a gold crown, and they have signed then and there the contract of sale that was prepared in advance and put before them by surprise. The mayor argued that if they would not accept the proposition of selling their arable land, then they would not get enything, neither arable land, nor money. Till now I have not met anybody who had begged the mayor’s kind offices in that matter. I know such speculator standing near the FIDESZ Party who has purchased more than hundred hectares of arable land taken from the peasants as related above, it is believed that the price was 32 000 HUF a gold crown. This is thus the short story how some speculators standing near the FIDESZ Party have snatched the arable land of peasants who were living from the agriculture. When the mayor, without being asked by the owners, engaged himself in the snatch of the arable land above, then the speculators standing near the FIDESZ Party could not find any more arable land of 50 hectares or more to buy in the district of Hódmezővásárhely. In my case the men of the FIDESZ Party would have realized the „protection of fortune”, without being asked by me, if they had succeded in placing me in charge of a curator, the following way: they would have purchased all my fortune at a ridiculously low price with the consent of the court of guardians, and they would have put the money on a bank account.)

Az a tény, hogy Hódmezővásárhely polgármesterének nem sikerült megkaparintani a vagyonomat mutatja, hogy Magyarországon élnek tisztességes emberek is, akik megakadályozták a polgármestert tervének kivitelezésében. Ezek a tisztességes emberek se nem tagjai, se nem szimpatizánsai a Fidesz Pártnak, amely párt bizonyos, irodalommal kapcsolatos kérdésekben hasonlóan jár el, mint hajdan Rákosi Mátyás pártja, a Magyar Dolgozók Pártja.

(Le fait que le maire de Hódmezővásárhely n’a pas réussi à s’emparer de ma fortune montre qu’il y a aussi des gens honnêtes qui vivent en Hongrie, ils ont empêché le maire d’achever son dessein. Ces gens honnêtes ne sont ni membres ni sympathisants du Parti FIDESZ, lequel parti dans certains cas concernant la littérature procèdent de façon similaire au parti d’autrefois de Rákosi Mátyás, le Parti des Travailleurs Hongrois.)

(The fact that the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely has not succeeded in attempting to snatch my fortune shows that there are also honest people living in Hungary who have prevented the mayor from executing his plan. These honest people are neither members nor sympathizers of the FIDESZ Party which Party, in certain questions concerning literature, proceeds in a similar manner as the past party of Rákosi Mátyás, the Party of the Hungarian Workers.)

Felkérem Morvai Krisztina és Szegedi Csanád Európa Parlamenti Képviselőket, hogy szíveskedjenek e levelemet a csatolmányokkal együtt ismertetni az Európa Parlamenttel. Ez az eset az egész FIDESZ Pártot jellemzi a sajtószabadságra vonatkozó álláspontját illetően, minthogy a FIDESZ Párt képviselői egyhangúan ellenezték Hódmezővásárhely polgármestere mentelmi jogának felfüggesztését, amikor bíróság előtt felelősségre akartam vonni a fenti visszaélések miatt.

(Je prie Morvai Krisztina et Szegedi Csanád députés du Parlement Européen de bien vouloir porter ma présente lettre avec ses annexes à la connaissance du Parlement Européen. Ce cas caractérise le Parti FIDESZ tout entier concernant son attitude par rapport à la liberté de la presse, parce que les députés du Parti FIDESZ se sont à l’unanimité opposés à ce que l’immunité parlementaire du maire de Hódmezővásárhely fût levée quand je voulais lui demander des comptes devant la justice pour les abus exposés ci-dessus.)

(I call upon Morvai Krisztina and Szegedi Csanád, deputies at the European Parliament, to be kind enough to let the European Parliament know my present letter with the enclosures. This case characterizes the whole Party FIDESZ concerning its attitude towards freedom the Press, because the deputies of the Party FIDESZ unanimously opposed the suspension of the parliamentary immunity of the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely, when I wanted him to give an account of the above abuses before the justice.)

Ingatlankezelés helyett ingatlanspekuláció folyt az elmúlt években az önkormányzaton (véderdő besorolásokkal, a balti 180-al el értéktelenítés történt, elővásárlással viszont vagyonszerzés, piacirányítás, továbbá a baráti és rokoni ingatlanhasznosítások, vásárlások, stb.) és még ehhez hozzáveszem a hibás beruházásokat (mélygarázs, élményfürdő)…..!

Ha finom akarok lenni, akkor a Meggyes frakció teljes egy teljes csőd, dilettánsok gyülekezete!

De ne feledjük, az előző piszkos 12 is az volt!

Ha ezt csinálták az ingatanokkal, akkor mit csinálhattak pénzügyi téren? Már érthető a 24 milliárd hitel!
